This delicious combination of chickpea & beetroot Falafel is a perfect lunch option for school lunch boxes or served warm as an after sport snack. We source our chickpeas directly from local farmers within South Australia. They are 100% natural and full of fibre, low in fat, low GI and an excellent source of antioxidants and phytonutrients.
Each bag contains 11 falafels.

Keep frozen at or below -18° celsius
Heating Instructions
FROZEN COOKED
AIR FRY: Reheat function at 170°C for 5 minutes
SHALLOW FRY: In vegetable oil for 2 minutes each side at 170°C
DEEP FRY: In vegetable oil for 2 minutes each side at 170°C
NOTES: Cooking times vary – adjust cooking to suit your preferences.
Store at or below -18°C. COOK FROM FROZEN.
Plus for lunchboxes, defrost overnight in the fridge and pop into lunchboxes in the morning
